Rules of Engagement

These are the basic expectations for working together. They apply across all projects, regardless of where you found the job posting.

🛠️ 1. Tools & Platforms

• 📌 You must be able to use Trello (for task tracking).
• 📌 Mermaid app is required for flowcharts and process diagrams.

✅ 2. Quality & Delivery

• ✅ Full support is expected until the deliverables are perfect.
• ✅ Prices and deadlines remain exactly as per the original job posting where you found this role.

📧 3. Communication

• 📧 Treat all messages as professional emails.
• ⏰ We will not be active 24/7 on Upwork or Fiverr messaging.
• 📤 Once approved, communication will move to email.
• 💰 Payments will always happen through Upwork (or the original platform).

🎥 4. Meetings & Calls

• 🎥 Calls will be conducted on Google Meet or Zoom.
• 📅 Generally, being on camera is required (if not, it will be specified).
• 🗓️ All calls will be scheduled via shared calendars.
